RetroCoders Assembly Summer Camp Schedule Will Be Posted Soon

Assuming BC Health’s vaccination schedule holds, we will be able to hold retro-coding camps in Victoria / Langford BC this summer!

These camps will include 2D and 3D game development, 3D modelling and printing, ‘chiptune’ electronic music, pixel art design and more!

Campers will have hands-on experience with classic computers such as the Commodore PET, Apple II, Atari 800XL / ST and more.

RetroCoders ArtCamp

This full-day Camp (suitable for ages 8-14) introduces campers to algorithmic art creation — using computer programs to make art!

Using our own turtleSpaces Logo coding platform, Campers will create a variety of both 2D and 3D artworks they can share.

A RetroCoders membership is not required for this Camp.

RetroCoders GameCamp

During this two-day Camp, (suitable for ages 10 – 17) Campers will learn how to create simple 2.5D games (2D games with 3D presentations).

A RetroCoders membership is not required for this Camp.
